正畸修复联合治疗成人牙列间隙的临床分析

The clinical analyze of adult cracked tooth clearance by Orthodontics and repair combined therapy

目的:探讨正畸修复联合治疗成人牙列间隙的临床效果。方法:分析口腔科收治的成人牙列间隙患者31例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行临床分组,单纯正畸组11例和联合治疗组20例。结果:联合治疗组成人牙列间隙患者临床治疗总有效率明显优于单纯正畸组,联合治疗组成人牙列间隙患者面部形态、咀嚼能力、固位稳定、舒适美观程度、治疗时间短等明显优于单纯正畸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸修复联合治疗成人牙列间隙可以保持患者良好的咬合的功能,同时发音改善、效果美观,可达到牙齿功能与美观的完美结合,满足患者的医疗需求。

Objective To approach clinical effect of treatment of adult cracked tooth clearance by Orthodontics and repair combined therapy. Method The clinical data of 31 cases of adult cracked tooth clearance was analyzed,which was to be divided into orthodontic treatment group 11 cases and combined treatment group 20 cases. Results The Clinical treatment efficiency of adult cracked tooth clearance by combined treatment group were better than that of orthodontic treatment group,Facial morphology,chewing ability,stable,comfortable and beautiful degree,short treatment time by combined treatment group were better than those of orthodontic treatment group,the difference was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The orthodontic repair in the treatment of adult patients with cracked tooth clearance can keep good occlusal function,then the effect of pronunciation,beautiful is improved,which can achieve the perfect combination of beauty and function of the teeth,to meet the medical needs of patients.
