早期功能锻炼对髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能恢复的影响

The impact of early functional exercise on the knee function of postoperative patient of patellar fracture

目的:观察髌骨骨折术后早期康复治疗对膝关节功能的影响。方法:髌骨骨折术后患者60例,随机分为康复组30例与对照组30例,两组均行髌骨聚合器内固定术,术后常规抗感染、消肿止痛、促进骨折愈合等药物治疗。对照组常规护理,康复组术后进行关节功能训练、肌力训练;并于术后配合物理因子等治疗。于治疗后采用WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分评价患者的膝功能。结果:康复组WOMAC膝关节评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:髌骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼对膝关节功能恢复有显著促进作用。

Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation on knee function after patella fracture surgery. Method 60 cases of patellar fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups： the rehabilitation group and the control group each of 30 patients,two groups underwent patellar fixation aggregator surgery,after conventional medical and nursing treatment. The control group only had usual care,the rehabilitation group was given joint function training,strength training and physical therapy. After treatment using the WOMAC score to evaluate the patient＇s knee function. Results The WOMAC score of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation has a significant role in promoting the knee function after the patella fracture surgery
