联合带教在手术室护理带教中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨联合带教在手术室教学的应用效果。方法:将临床实习的140名护生随机分为试验组和对照组各70名,对照组给予传统带教方法,试验组给予联合带教方法。对护生进行手术室理论考试、操作技能考试及护生满意度评定带教质量。结果:试验组护生操作考试和理论考试成绩均优于对照组,试验组护生对带教的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合教学是一种良好的手术室护理带教方法。 Objective To investigate the application of the Combined with teaching in operation room. Method 140 nursing students who had clinical practice were randomly divided into anexperimental group and a control group,70 students in each group. The traditional teaching methods were used in the control group and the Combined with teaching was adopted in the experimental group. to evaluate teaching quality by theory examination and operation skills examination. Results The experimental group students operation test and exam results were better than the control group,the teaching satisfaction of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The Combined with teaching is a good teaching method in operation room nursing.
