哥伦比亚大学小学教师培养方案评析

摘要 美国哥伦比亚大学教育学院小学教师教育项目培养的小学教师将获得纽约州1~6年级小学教师专业资格证书。这个培养方案主要招收已获得纽约州小学教师初级资格认证的学生,已获得幼儿或中学教师资格认证的申请者须满足另外要求,培养方向具有多样性,课程设置的门数为12~13门,学分数为32学分,选修门数多,学习方式多样化。小学教师培养方案的这些特点对中国小学教师的培养具有很重要的借鉴意义。
