摘要
加强地铁工程的质量安全监督管理意义重大。通过对国内部分城市的调研交流,结合自身监督管理经验,分析目前地铁质量安全监督管理存在的问题,提出了政府质量安全一体化监督的思路,以及开展一体化监督的一些必要措施:整合监督资源、统一监督模式、质量安全一岗双责、建立监督检查专家库、优化工程报监程序等。
To strengthen the quality and safety supervision in subway project is of great significance. Through a study and communication with some domestic cities, combined with the experiences of subway quality supervision, the current situation and problems in subway quality and safety supervision are ana- lyzed, a concept of integrated quality and safety supervision is put forward, some necessary measures on how to carry out the integration of supervision are discussed, including the integra- tion of supervision resources, unified supervison mode, ＂one post double dutymechanism of safety control, expert database and optimation of project reporting processes.
