摘要
轨道交通线网形成过程中,换乘车站一般分阶段建设完成,其建设过程中可能会对既有线路车站的负荷、客流组织、现场管理等产生一定影响,车站的运营组织也会发生改变。以上海轨道交通既有换乘站(人民广场站、徐家汇站)及在建换乘站(陕西南路、汉中路、漕宝路等)分阶段建设的施工与运营情况为例,分析分阶段建设存在的主要问题为车站负荷大、施工风险大、运营管理难度大,并从车站扩容、加强施工管理、强化现场管理等三方面提出了相应的对策建议,以进一步提高换乘车站的运营服务水平。
Within the network formation of rail transit, trans- fer station is generally constructed in minute stages. In the process of construction, the station might have some negative impacts over the passenger flow organization, station manage- ment, consequentely the load of existing stations and operation organization may also have changes. In this paper, the staged construction and operation of Shanghai metro transfer stations, both the existing stations (People's Square St., Xuiiahui St. ) and the under-construction stations (South Shaanxi Road St., Hanzhong Road St., Caobao Road St., etc. ) are taken as ex- amples, the main problems, such as the over-load, higher en- gineering risk and difficult management are analyzed, corre- sponding countermeasures like station expansion, improvement of enginnering and field management are proposed, in order to further improve the service level in transfer station operation.
