云南某中品位胶磷矿铁、铝杂质脱除试验研究

Experimentation on removing iron and aluminum impurities incollophanite of medium grade in Yunnan

云南地区某风化型中品位胶磷矿含有大量倍半氧化物,R2O3质量分数达4.23%,本文对其进行脱除铁、铝杂质试验研究,试验采用正浮选一次粗选一次精选工艺流程,当原矿P2O5品位25.90%,R2O34.23%时,可得到磷精矿P2O5品位为29.93%,回收率78.26%,且精矿中倍半氧化物R2O3质量分数为2.73%,脱除率达51.17%。

Weathered cellophane of medium grade in Yunnan contains a large amount of sesquioxide with R2O3 content up to 4.23%. Tests on removal of iron and aluminum impurities were carried out using the positive flotation process of one roughing and one cleaning. When run-of-mine ore is in P2O3 grade of 25.90% with R2O3 4.23%, phosphate concentrate could be obtained in R2O3 grade of 29. 93% with the recovery rate of 78. 26%, and R2O3 content of sesquioxide in the concentrate is 2.73% with the removal rate of 51.17%.
