摘要
采用重结晶法、氧化还原法对尾渣十水碳酸钠中水合肼、NaCl等进行除杂试验研究,结果表明:重结晶法在适宜的固液比为2.5∶1时,水合肼的除去率达34.1%,NaCl的除去率达52.97%。氧化还原法除杂中次氯酸钠的适宜添加量为0.108g,即为理论量的120%,水合肼的除去率达80%,NaCl的除去率为40.68%;双氧水适宜的添加量为0.024g,水合肼的除去率达66.67%,NaCl的除去率为38.98%。试验为十水碳酸钠综合利用提供了基础数据。
Tests were conducted on removing hydrazine hy- drate,sodium chloride and other impurites in sodium carbonate decahydrate of railings by recrystallization and oxidation-reduction. The results show that in recrystallization when appropriate solid-liquid ratio is 2.5 : 1, hydrazine hydrate removal rate could be up to 34.1% and NaCl removal rate 52.97% In REDOX process, suitable addition amount of sodium hypochlorite is 0. 108 g or 120% of theoretical amount. Removal-rate of hydrazine hy- drate is 80%, and removal rate of sodium chloride 40.68%, suit- able addition amount of hydrogen peroxide 0. 024 g, removal rate of hydrazine hydrate 66. 67%, removal rate of sodium chloride 38.98%. The tests have provided the basic data for the compre-hensive utilization of sodium carbonate decahydrate.
