不同剂量右美托咪定辅助用药对快通道全麻苏醒期的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Doses Dexmedetomidine in Fast Track Anesthesia on the Recovery of Patients after General Anesthesia

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量右美托咪定辅助用药对快通道全麻苏醒期的影响。方法:选择全麻患者90例,按入院时间随机分成A、B、C三组,三组分别以1、0.5、0.2μg/kg于麻醉前15 min静脉输注右美托咪定,后行全凭静脉麻醉。记录全麻期间各时间点血流动力学变化及苏醒期自主呼吸恢复时间、呼唤睁眼时间、拔管时间及并发症发生情况。结果:三组苏醒时间无差异(P>0.05),A组在麻醉诱导前心率下降明显,苏醒期舌后坠,SPO2较低,C组苏醒期躁动发生率比B组高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.5μg/kg右美托咪定辅助麻醉,血流动力学更稳定,对麻醉苏醒无影响且苏醒质量更高。 Objective: To observe the effects of different doses dexmedtomidine of fast track anesthesia in the recovery of patients after general anesthesia. Method: 90 cases of patients accepted general anesthesia, were randomly divide into 3 groups(group A, group B, group C), 3 groups patients received dexmedetomidine 1, 0.5, 0.2 μg/kg lasting for 15 rain before general anesthesia, after total intravenous anesthesia, each time point during general anesthesia hemodynamic changes and the times of spontaneous breathing recovery, opening of eyes, extubation and side-effect were recorded.Result: There was no significant difference in waking time in the 3 groups (P〉0.05).The patients of group A had significantly decreased heart rate before induction of anesthesia and lower SpO2 on the recovery(P〈0.05).The incidence agitation in group C was higher than the group B(P〈0.05).Condusion: Supplemental anesthesia with 0.5 μ g/kg dexmedetomidine has a more stable hemodynamies, and a higher postoperative recovery quality, it does not affects the patients' awaken period also.
