摘要
目的:评价HIV/AIDS高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)方案的疗效。方法:对治疗满1年的147例艾滋病病毒感染者的CD4+T淋巴细胞及病毒载量的检测结果进行统计分析。结果:HAART的患者CD4+T淋巴细胞在6个月后有了明显的升高,6个月、12个月CD4+T淋巴细胞计数分别为(336.95±165.55)个/μl、(344.81±169.28)个/μl;HAART的患者病毒载量12个月后,有78.23%的患者<50 copies/ml。结论:HAART疗效明显,但在抗病毒治疗过程中必须要注意对病毒载量的监测,对于病毒载量>1000 copies/ml的患者要进行耐药检测,及时调整用药方案。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of highly active anti-retroviral therapy of HIV/AIDS patient. Method：One hundred and forty-seven cases of HIV virus infection patients treated over a year were retrospective investigated. Result：The CD4＋T lymphocyte in 147 patients received highly active antiretroviral therapy was obviously increased after 6 months. At 6 months and 12 months after treatment the CD4＋T lymphocyte count were （336.95＆#177;165.55）/μl and （344.81＆#177;169.28）/μl,respectively. The proportion of patients with viral load＆lt;50 copies/ml was 78.23%when received HAART for a year. Conclusion：The curative effect of HAART is obvious,but viral load monitor must be put into effect in the course of antiviral treatment. When the viral load of patients is more than 1000 copies/ml,patients’ viral load need to be tested constantly and medication program need to adjust in time.
