80例肾癌患者的临床诊断和治疗体会

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 80 Cases of Kidney Cancer Patients

目的:探讨肾癌患者临床有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的80例肾癌患者为研究对象,两组患者均行多层螺旋CT扫描诊断。将所有患者按照随机数字表法分成试验组与对照组,每组40例。根据诊断结果,对照组患者行传统开放性手术治疗,试验组患者实施腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:(1)肾癌患者CT检查分期与病理分期结果密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)试验组患者出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率以及镇痛剂使用情况均较对照组有显著性降低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描诊断用于肾癌的临床诊断可以很好的显示肿瘤的病理类型和内部结构,影像学特征良好,提高了肾癌诊断的准确性。根据诊断结果实施腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗在保证患者临床疗效的同时,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,减轻了患者手术的痛苦,对于患者的治疗和康复具有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the effective clinical diagnosis and treatment method in patients with kidney cancer.Method：80 cases of kidney cancer patients seleted for the study in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2014 were underwent multislice spiral CT scan diagnosis. All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group. Based on the diagnosis results,patients in the control group were underwent the traditional open surgery,while patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups of patients.Result：Staging CT examination results of kidney cancer was closely associated with pathological stage,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Bleeding,hospital stay,complication rates,and the use of analgesics of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Spiral CT scan used to diagnose renal cell carcinoma can be a good display pathological type and internal structure,excellent imaging characteristics and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. According to the results of the diagnostic,patients treated with laparoscopic radical nephrectomy can ensure the clinical efficacy with less trauma,quicker recovery,fewer complications,which alleviate the suffering of patients and is important for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
