摘要
本文通过梳理2008-2013年间有关内地西藏班(校)教育政策的文献,反思内地西藏班(校)教育政策的实施效果,发现内地西藏班教育政策、教学模式和策略方面存在的问题,指出制定政策要从实际出发,并在实践中检验其实施效果,还需要各级政府和办学单位的通力合作。
Policies concerning Tibetan schooling in the Mainland were issued from 2008 to 2013. After summarizing the implementation and the effects of the policies, this paper dis cusses some problems found in teaching methods as well as strategies. It then puts forth suggestions on how to solve the problems: to make the policies practical and effectively implement them. Whether the policies can be implemented successfully depends on whether the governments at different levels can cooperate with one other effectively
