手术室感染危害因素及控制防护措施

目的分析当前手术室感染危害因素,并提出相应防护措施,以减少医院感染发生的概率。方法通过"寻找手术室感染危险因素的来源,控制感染源,健全制度强化无菌观念,做好每日手术室空气卫生消毒及器械消毒,手术人员严格执行有效的外科洗手制度、术后污物处理"等方法,来达到防控目的。结果在各类防控措施的有效保障下,不仅控制了手术室感染源头,减少了医院感染的概率,而且增强了广大医务工作者无菌技术意识。结论针对手术室感染危险性做出评估,制定并实施防护制度。目前,部分医院对手术室感染因素及防控措施认识不足,这种现状亟待改变。

Results In short, under the effective protection of all kinds of prevention and control measures, not only controls the operating room the source of infection, reducing the chance of hospital infections, and enhance awareness of the broad masses of medical workers aseptic technique. Conclusions Risk of infection for the operating room to assess, develop and implement protection system, regular medical check-operating room staff, and for the establishment of health records. Currently, part of the hospital operating room operating room infection factors and control measures exist objectively lack of knowledge on how to guard did not pay sufficient attention to this situation must be changed.
