摘要
从某电镀厂生化处理池的活性污泥中筛选出4株耐氰细菌,经过进一步筛选,得到降氰能力最好的菌株BDCN-01,经鉴定该菌是荧光假单胞菌。研究结果表明,在温度为32℃,pH值为9.0的最优条件下,氰化物初始质量浓度为600 mg/L的培养基经过该菌株处理30 h后,除氰率达到99.1%。
4 cyanide-resistant strains were selected from the activated sludge of a biochemical treatment pond of an electroplating factory, and after a further screening, a strain with best cyanide degradation ability named BDCN-01 were got, which was then identified as a kind of Pseudomonas fluorescens. The study results showed that, under the optimal condition that the temperature was 32 ℃, the pH value was 9.0, the removal rate of cyanide by the said strain in the culture medium with 600 mg/L of initial mass concentration of cyanide reached 99.1% in 30 h.
