尺动脉腕上穿支游离皮瓣在修复单指皮肤缺损中的应用

Application of the flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery in repairing skin defect of the single finger

目的探讨尺动脉腕上穿支微型游离皮瓣在修复单指皮肤缺损中的应用。方法 15例单指皮肤缺损患者,缺损面积为（1.5-2.6）cm×（2.5-3.4）cm,皮瓣以尺动脉腕上穿支为血管蒂,前臂供区直接缝合。结果 15例皮瓣全部成活,3例皮瓣外形臃肿,3个月后行皮瓣整形术。术后随访2个月-2年,平均9个月,患指功能与外观均满意。结论尺动脉腕上穿支微型皮瓣游离移植修复单指皮肤缺损是一种较为理想的方法。

[ Objective] To explore the application of the flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery in repairing skin defect of the single finger. [Methods]A total of 15 patients with single finger skin defect, defect area （1.5 -2.6） cm × （2.5 N3.4} cm were recruited for this study. The forearm donor area were sutured directly, with ulnar artery branch as the pedicle. [ Results ] All repaired flaps survived, of which 3 cases received anaplasty after 3 months. Patients were followed up for 2 months-2 years, with an average of 9 months, the function of the finger and appearance was satisfactory. [ Conclusion] The flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery is a ideal method for repairing skin defect of the single finger.
