摘要
目的建立灵芝孢子粉中10种金属元素测定的ICP-MS法。方法样品经高压微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)仪测定。结果分别对样品进行加标回收试验(多元素混合对标准溶液以及Hg元素标准溶液的最终加标浓度分别为5.0 g/L和1.0 g/L),同时通过对灌木枝叶标准物质[GBW07602(GSV-1),国家标准物质中心]、圆白菜标准物质[GBW10014(GSB-5),国家标准物质中心]中的10种金属元素测定进行方法学考察,方法线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),各元素回收率为88%-98%,RSD为1.9%-4.4%。结论 ICP-MS法是测定灵芝孢子粉中微量金属元素的有效方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 10 trace elements in ganoderma lucidum spore powder by inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer( ICP- MS). Methods The samples were digested with high pressure microwave and analyzed by ICP- MS. Results The samples with addition were conducted recovery test respectively,the concentration of the addition many elements mixed standard solution and Hg standard sulution was 5. 0 g /L and 1. 0 g /L. Meanwhile,The determination methods of the trace metels from the bush leaves standard materials GBW07602( GSV- 1,and cabbage standard detect GBW10014( GSB- 5 both from GB standard research center was inspected. The linearities were≥0.9991,the elements recoveries were 88% -98% with RSD of 1. 9% -4. 4%. Conclusion It is an efficient method for the determination of trace elements in ganoderma lucidum powder.
