电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定透析用水中18种元素 被引量:1

Determination of 18 elements in dialysate by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定透析用水中18种元素的方法。方法样品经硝酸酸化后用ICP-MS直接测定。结果在测定条件下,18种元素在各自的线性范围内相关系数均>0.999,检出限可达0.001μg/L^0.7μg/L;加标回收率为91.6%~120.0%;相对标准偏差<5.0%。结论该方法样品处理简单、快速,检测准确、灵敏度高,适用于透析用水中多种元素的测定。 Objective The method for determination of 18 elements in dialysate by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) was established. Methods The sample was acidified with nitric acid,and 18 elements were determined by ICP- MS. Results Within the linear range of the 18 elements,the correlation coefficients of the method were all greater than0. 999,the limits of detection( LODs) were between 0. 001 μg /L and 0. 7 μg /L. The recovery rates were in the range of91. 6% - 120. 0%,the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were below 5. 0%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of 18 elements in dialysate.
