PCT及HsCRP在妊娠期妇女宫内感染中的诊断意义

Clinical value of procalcitonin,HsCRP for diagnosis of the pregnant woman with intrauterine infection

目的讨论血清降钙素原(PCT)及超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)在诊断妊娠期妇女宫内感染中的意义。方法随机抽取宫内感染的妊娠妇女(主要为细菌性感染及病毒性感染)及正常妊娠妇女,检测其血清PCT、HrCRP水平及白细胞(WBC)计数。结果细菌性感染组PCT、HsCRP及WBC计数均较其他组升高明显,其中PCT对于细菌性宫内感染的特异性、敏感性、阳性率均高于其他指标,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT可用于诊断及鉴别细菌性宫内感染,并对临床抗生素的使用具有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of procalcitonin（ PCT）,HsCRP for diagnosis of the pregnant woman with intrauterine infection. Methods Intrauterine infection of the pregnant woman and the normal pregnant woman were chosen at random from our hospital,and divided into bacterial infection group（ mainly bacterial infection and viral infection） and normal group. PCT,HsCRP and WBC were measured in each group. Results The levels of PCT,HsCRP and WBC in bacterial infection group were significantly higher. In addition,specificity,sensitivity and the positive rate of PCT for the patients with bacterial infection were higher than other projects and the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PCT can be used to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the pregnant women with bacterial intrauterine infection,and has important clinical guiding significance on use of antibiotics.
