消痔灵注射治疗完全性直肠脱垂的效果观察

为评价消痔灵注射治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效与安全性，进一步规范其适用范围及操作方法，提高临床疗效，对380例完全性直肠脱垂患者采用直肠黏膜下注射和直肠周围注射，并进行临床观察、随访、分析和评估。结果显示，380例完全性直肠脱垂患者中，治愈361例，好转19例。疗程7～16d，平均13d。通过1年各种形式的疗效观察和随访，均无肛门狭窄、排便障碍、结肠功能紊乱、性功能减退等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，该疗法痛苦小、疗效好、操作简便、安全，适用于各级医院。

This paper was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaozhiling injection therapy for complete rectal prolapse, so as to further standardize its clinical application and to improve the clinical effi- cacy.The 380 cases of complete rectal prolapse received rectal submucosal injection and perirectal injection, and then were observed,followed up and evaluated. The results showed that of 380 cases, 361 cases got cured,19 improved.Treatment course lasted 7-16d,with an average of 13d;after one year of clinical obser- vation and follow-up visit,there was no anal stenosis, fecal dysfunction, colon dysfunction, sexual dysfunc- tion and other complications and sequelae.It is concluded that this therapy is of less pain,potent efficacy, simple operation,safety and can be applied in hospitals of all levels.
