PPH结合直肠黏膜缝扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

Clinical Observation on PPH Plus Rectal Mucosa Suture Ligation for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨PPH结合直肠黏膜缝扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，回顾性分析采用此法治疗的60例环状混合痔患者的临床资料。结果显示，本组60例患者中，治愈55例（91．67％），显效5例，总有效率100％。术后出血2例，住院时间3～8d，平均4．7d。随访2～3年，未见复发。结果表明，PPH结合直肠黏膜缝扎术治疗环状混合痔具有安全有效、治愈率高、术后并发症少、复发率低、住院时间短等优点。
