PPH联合痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔149例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on PPH Plus Hemorrhoidectomy ＆ Suture for Mixed Hemorrhoids in 149 Cases

为观察PPH联合痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将混合痔患者298例随机分为两组，每组149例，观察组行PPH联合痔切除缝合术治疗，对照组行传统外剥内扎术治疗，从治愈率、肛门疼痛、创面愈合时间等方面进行疗效观察。结果显示，两组在治愈率方面疗效相当（P〉O．05），但在肛门疼痛、创面愈合时间方面观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果表明，PPH联合痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔，具有术后疼痛轻、创面愈合时间短等优点。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of PPH plus hemorrhoidectomy ~ suture in treating mixed hemorrhoids,298 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,149 cases for each group. Observation group underwent PPH plus hemorrhoidectomy ＆ suture,while control group re- ceived conventional external dissection ＆ internal ligation.Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy, including curative rate,anal pain,wound healing time and so on.The results showed that the curative rate was almost same in both groups（ P 〉0.05）,however.,observation group was superior to control group in anal pain and wound healing time（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that PPH plus hemorrhoidectomy＆ suture is of less postoperative pain and short wound healing time.
