川百止痒洗剂联合肤痔清软膏治疗肛周湿疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion plus Fuzhiqing Ointment for Perianal Eczema

为观察川百止痒洗剂联合肤痔清软膏外用治疗肛周湿疹的有效性及安全性，将46例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例。治疗组采用川百止痒洗剂联合肤痔清软膏外用治疗；对照组口服扑尔敏加外用皮炎平治疗。两组均治疗2周后观察患者临床症状、体征等情况。结果显示，治疗组患者治疗5～7d后症状明显减轻，治疗2周后治愈率（95．7％）明显高于对照组（73．9％）（P〈0．05），总有效率两组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。两组患者均未出现明显全身不良反应。结果表明，川百止痒洗剂联合肤痔清软膏外用治疗肛周湿疹临床效果显著，安全性高，无明显副作用。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion plus Fuzhiqing ointment for perianal eczema, 46 cases of perianal eczema were randomized into two groups, 23 cases for each group.Treatment group received Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion plus Fuzhiqing ointment externally,while control group received oral chlorpheniramine plus Piyanping for external application. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks and then were observed for clinical symptoms and signs.The results showed that symp- toms were obviously relieved 5-7d after treatment in treatment group,and the curative rate was 95.7%2 weeks after treatment,significantly higher than that in control group （73.9%, P 〈0.05）.The total effec- tive rate showed no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. No adverse reactions oc- curred in both groups.It is concluded that Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion plus Fuzhiqing ointment is marked ef- fective and safe for perianal eczema,without obvious side effects.
