摘要
对一种新型双翻斗型雨量传感器用口径圈过早发生腐蚀失效进行了全面、系统的分析.为找出其失效起因和失效机理,一系列表征分析手段用于该口径圈的材质检验及宏微观表面形貌分析.结果表明:材质本身存在的缺陷以及因加工引起的表面镀层不均匀是引发该新型口径圈过早腐蚀失效的主要原因.最后,针对上述结论对该失效提出了相应的解决建议.
A comprehensive analysis on corrosion which occurred on a new type of ring used in double tipping bucket rain sensors was performed.In order to ascertain the failure causes and mechanisms,a variety of characterization methods were applied to inspect the matrix material and detect the macro-and micro-morphologies.Results show that defects on the surface of the ring and inside the matrix material,unevenness of the surface coating due to processing defects are the main reasons to the unexpected premature corrosion.Finally,relevant countermeasures were put forward.
