摘要 性激素的定量分析在生命科学、临床医学等研究领域和检验检测工作中起着重要的作用。性激素在生物体内含量极低,由于其化学结构中缺少可离子化的官能团,液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MSn)分析时检测灵敏度不高。利用衍生化技术对其进行结构修饰是提高质谱响应的有效手段。本文对性激素LC-MSn检测的柱前衍生化方法的研究近况进行综述,并探讨了存在的问题,为今后性激素衍生化的深入研究提供参考。 Quantification of sex hormones plays an important role in the research fields of life science, clinical medi- cine, as well as laboratory analysis work. Sex hormones have extremely low contents in biological matrices. Lack of ionized groups in the chemical structure leads to poor sensitivity to LC - MSn. It is an effective way to enhance the response of mass spectrometer by modifying the chemical structure of sex hormones through derivatization technolo- gy. This review summarizes the pre - column derivatization methods used for the analysis of sex hormones by LC - MSn and discusses the existing problems. It is aimed at providing reference for further studies on derivatization of sex hormones.
