摘要
目的:建立微生态活菌制品地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒活菌数的测定方法。方法:稀释液为灭菌生理盐水,采用营养琼脂平皿涂布法37℃培养18~24 h。结果:该方法在2~326 CFU·皿-1范围内菌落计数结果与预期菌落计数呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=1.0082X-1.8532(r=0.9997);回收率为99.5%(n=9)。结论:本方法经方法验证,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for live bacteria counting of Bacillus licheniformis particles. Methods: The sterilized saline was used as a diluent. Bacillus licheniformis was spread and grew on nutrient agar at 37 ℃for 18 -24 hours. Results:This method showed a good linear relationship ( Y = 1. 0082X - 1. 8532, r = 0. 9997 )for count- ing results with the expected count in the range of 2 -326 CFU · plate-1. And the recovery was 99. 5% (n =9). Conclusion :The methodology validation showed that the method was accurate, reliable, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of viable Bacillus licheniformis particles.
