摘要
氮素形态的定性鉴定是准确测定氮含量的基础。本文根据硝酸根和尿素的拉曼位移,直接鉴别是否含有硝态氮和酰胺态氮,而根据磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、硫酸铵的拉曼位移间接的确定是否含有氨态氮。通过相应拉曼位移的对比分析最终对含氮肥料中氮素形态进行准确的预测。
Indentifying nitrogen forms is the basis on determining accurately the nitrogen content. The nitric nitrogen and amid nitrogen were detected directly by using the characteristic Raman shift of ni- trate radical and urea. The ammoniacal nitrogen was detected indirectly by using the characteristic Raman shift of monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate.
