本文从赵克志书记提出的“十破十立”思想来谈高职院校辅导员工作，从对高职院校辅导员工作中存在的安于现状、自我满足，消极应对、怕担责任，信心不足、墨守成规，敏感性低、缺乏主动性四个方面的问题进行剖析，进而提出践行“十破十立”思想，做好高职院校辅导员工作的相关建议。

This paper will talk about the counselors＇ work in higher vocational colleges from the idea of ＂ten break ten set＂ put forward by secretary Zhao Kezhi.
