贵州农业发展及农村社会管理对策研究——基于人口老龄化的思考

Countermeasures on Agricultural Development and Rural Social Management in Gulzhou：Based on Population Aging

人口老龄化，尤其是农村人口老龄化速度加快，对贵州农业发展产生了不同程度的影响。大量农村劳动力流失，农村人口老龄化加剧，必将对贵州农业发展和农村社会管理产生较大影响。研究贵州老龄化社会的农业发展及农村社会管理问题，将有助于解决贵州社会面临的“三农”问题。

The population aging, especially the accelerated speed of rural population aging, has made different degrees of influence on agricultural development in Guizhou. Loss of large number of rural labor force and the intensity of rural population aging, will be surely bring effect on the agricultural development and rural social management in Guizhou. Study on agricultural development and rural social management under population aging in Guizhou will be helpful to solve the social problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in Guizhou.
