教师应具备怎样的哲学观

摘要 随着经济全球化时代的到来,教育的现代化和国际化成为不可抗拒的发展潮流,并对教师的理论和技术素养提出更高的要求。新形势下的教师必须具备较高的教育教学境界和学术品位,以及多元化的教育哲学观。教师的教育哲学观主要包括:"以学为本"的教学主体观、"生命化"的教学价值观、"灵活有效"的教学策略观、"科学高效"的教学模式观和"个性鲜明"的教学艺术观。 With the advent of the era of economic globalization, the modernization and internationalization of education have become an irresistible trend of development, and thus demanded for teachers' competency in both teaching theory and skill. Under such new circumstances, teachers are required to reach a higher level of teaching, acquire excellent academic taste and hold a diversified view on teaching philosophy. Teachers' teaching philosophy mainly consists of the learning- oriented teaching concept, teaching value mainly focused on life, the flexible and effective teaching strategy, the scientific and highly efficient teaching mode and the unique and creative teaching arts.
