慕课与高校青年教师思想教育模式创新

MOOCs and Ideological Education Mode Innovation of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

当下的高校青年教师思想教育模式的陈旧性已经无法适应新时代青年教师的学习需求,而借助慕课这一新兴教育模式的大规模性、互动性、便捷性、高效性,完全可以吸引高校青年教师积极投入思想教育学习中。因此,高校要构建有效的慕课资源平台、制定高效的课程资源方案和有效的评价反馈体系,让慕课成为高校青年教师思想教育的新模式。

The old mode of ideological education in colleges and universities cannot satisfy young teachers. MOOCs which are characterized by its large scale,interaction,convenience and high effectiveness has attracted the young teachers getting actively involved in ideological education. Therefore,colleges and universities should establish MOOCs resource platform and set up highly efficient curriculum and evaluation system which would enable MOOCs to be a new mode of ideological education in colleges and universities.
