高校大学生临床护理实践与学校教学对比研究

摘要 目的:通过调查研究,找出学校教学与临床实践的差异,并分析这些差异存在原因,找出解决办法,为护生解决困惑,更快融入临床提供理论依据。方法:选取成都市4家三级甲等教学医院,并各从中抽取120名全日制护理专业实习生,其中本科生34名,专科生86名,共计120名护生和23名临床带教老师进行问卷调查。结果:差异主要集中在操作步骤或方法和操作用物上,护生认为造成这些差异的原因是多方面的。结论:为改变差异,学校教学内容与用具需要不断更新;加强学校与医院的联系,了解临床的最新动态;学校教师和临床带教老师要提高自身素质,与时俱进;护生应注重判断思维的培养,提高综合能力。 Objective: Based on the investigation and study, find out the differences of school education and clinical practice. Analyze the reasons of these differences and finally put forward some feasible solutions which could provide theoretical guide for nurses to deal with practical problems. Method: A random sample of four first- class ternary teaching hospitals in Chengdu in which 120 full- time nursing students,34 undergraduates, 86 diploma students and 25 clinical teachers are randomly selected to do this survey. Results:According to the survey, most of the differences are due to different operation steps and operating tools.In nursing students' opinion, these differences are caused by different rea- sons. Conclusion: First, school teaching contents require continuous renewal. Second, it is necessary for schools to strengthen the links with hospitals to know the latest issues. Third, school teachers and clinical teachers both need to enhance self- qualities. Last but not least, it's very important that students should learn to think critically and improve their all- round capabilities.
