摘要
目的探讨子宫肉瘤的超声表现及误诊原因,以提高其术前诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实为子宫肉瘤10例患者的超声表现。结果 10例子宫肉瘤患者中,术前超声误诊为子宫肌瘤6例,子宫肌腺症1例,卵巢肿瘤1例,子宫内膜癌2例。结论子宫肉瘤声像图缺乏特异性,超声误诊率高。
Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings and misdiagnosis reasons of uterine sarcoma, in order to improve the rate of preoperative diagnostic. Methods Ultrasound findings of 10 cases of uterine sarcoma patients confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 10 cases of uterine sarcoma, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as uterine fibroids, 1 case as uterine muscle gland disease, 1 case as ovarian tumor and 2 cases as endometrial carcinoma by ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound findings of uterine sarcoma has no characteristics, and the rate of ultrasound misdiagnosis is high.
