中医四联疗法治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症60例

Treatment of Dampness- Heat and Blood Stasis Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by Quadruple Therapy in Chinese Medicine Treatment: A Clinical Observation of 60 Cases

目的:观察中医四联疗法治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床效果。方法:将符合诊断标准的120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。治疗组采用中医四联疗法(中药内服+双柏散贴敷+红外线照射+中药保留灌肠)治疗,对照组采用静滴抗生素治疗,观察2组临床疗效及症状、体征积分。结果:2组临床疗效比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后症状积分、体征积分改善治疗组优于对照组,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医四联疗法治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Quadruple therapy in Chinese medicine treatment of dampness - heat and blood stasis sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each. Treatment group were treated with Quadruple therapy in Chinese medicine （ Chinese herbs ＋ Shuangbaisan sticking ＋ Infrared irradiation ＋ Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema） treatment and control group used intravenous antibiotic treatment,observing 2 groups＇ clinical efficacy and symptoms and symptom integral. Results： To compare the clinical curative effect of the 2 groups, the treatment group＇ s curative effect surpassed the control group＇ s and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, symptoms and signs of integral improvement in treatment group were better than those of the control group and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The curative effect by Quadruple therapy in Chinese medicine treatment of dampness - heat and blood stasis treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease was satis- fied and worthy of promoting.
