胆石利通治疗泥沙样胆道结石80例

Clinical Observation on Danshi Litong Tablets in Treatment of 80 Cases of Sediment Samples Biliary Calculi

目的:观察胆石利通治疗泥沙样胆道结石临床疗效。方法:将80例经B超检查确诊为泥沙样胆囊结石,泥沙样胆总管、肝内胆管结石,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予口服步长胆石利通片,6片/次(0.45 g×6),3次/d,疗程四周;对照组给予口服消炎利胆片,3片/次,3次/d,疗程四周。结果:治疗组总显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。步长胆石利通具较强的溶石排石作用,尤其对泥沙样结石,能短期内完全地排出结石,缓解或消除疼痛、纳差等临床症状。结论:步长胆石利通治疗泥沙样胆石症疗效明显,副作用小。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Danshi Litong Tablets on sediment sample biliary calculi. Methods ：80 cases diagnosed by B ultrasonic examination as sediment sample gallstones,common bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct stones sediment samples were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Danshi Litong Tablets orally,6 pieces/time （0.45 g × 6）, 3 times/d, for 4 courses. The control group was given Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets orally ,3 pieces/time ,3 times/d ,for 4 courses. Results ：The total efficiency and total effective rate of treatment group were obviously higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Danshi Litong Tablets has strong dissolving stone function, especially for sediment sample stone and the stone can be taken out completely in a short term. It can alleviate or eliminate pain or inappetence. Conclusion：Danshi Litong Tablets treatment for sediment sample cholelith disease has obvious curative effect.
