中医综合治疗方案对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者FMA评分的影响

Comprehensive Treatment of TCM on Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia FMA Score

目的:探究中医综合治疗方案对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能评分(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)的影响。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年3月于我院收治的65例急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分成观察组32例与对照组33例。对照组患者进行常规内科治疗与现代康复治疗,观察组患者在常规内科治疗的基础上联合中药治疗、中医康复治疗等综合治疗方案,对比两组患者治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周、治疗8周、治疗12周的FMA评分。结果:两组患者治疗后的FMA评分、Barthel指数均显著高于治疗前,而观察组治疗12周的FMA评分、Barthel指数显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规内科治疗的基础上联合中药治疗、中医康复治疗等综合治疗方案,能够有效提高急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者FMA评分,并有利于提高日常生活能力,具有临床推广价值。

Objective：To explore the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on hemiplegia score （Fugl - Meyer assessment,FMA） of limb function in patients with acute isehemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods：Between January 2012 and March 2014 in our hospital ,65 cases of acute isehemic stroke patients with hemiplegia were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods ,32 cases were in observation group and control group 33 cases. Control group patients were treated with conventional medical treatment and modern rehabilitation therapy and observation group on the basis of routine medical treatment added traditional Chinese medicine theraov and Chinese medicine eomorehensive treatments, such as rehabilitation. We eomoared FMA scores before treatment and 1,4,8 and 12 weeks treatment. Results：After treatment, FMA score and Barthel index in two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment. The treatment group＇ s FMA rating and the Barthel index in 12 weeks treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of routine medical treatment, Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment such as rehabilitation can effectively improve the acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia FMA score and is beneficial to improve the ability of daily life and has clinical value.
