摘要
目的:优选"连柏"巴布剂的乙醇最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,考察乙醇浓度(A)、乙醇用量(B)、提取时间(C)和提取次数(D)4个因素对盐酸小檗碱含量及浸膏率的影响;采用高效液相色谱法及干燥称重法分别测定提取物中盐酸小檗碱的含量及出膏率。结果:乙醇回流提取的最佳工艺条件为:A2B1C2D3,即乙醇浓度为75%、乙醇用量为6倍量,提取次数为3次,提取时间2 h。结论:经过验证实验得连柏巴布剂乙醇提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。
Objective : To optimize the best alcohol extraction process of the Lianbai Cataplasmata. Methods : With L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design,the ethanol concentration, dosage of ethanol, extraction time and extraction times had influence on the content of berberine hydrochloride and extract rate and the effect of using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining the content of berberine hydrochloride. Results: The optimum technological conditions for ethanol reflux extraction: A2B1C2D3,75% ethanol,6 times adding alcohont,extracting 3 times,each time for 2 h. Conclusion:By the orthogonal experiment to optimize the parker agent extraction process, it is validated, rational and feasible.
