针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment by Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion of Urinary Incontinence after Apoplexy

目的:观察针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为治疗组34例与对照组30例,治疗组给予常规针刺配合艾灸治疗;对照组给予常规针刺配合电针治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组为76.67%,两组差异有显著性。结论:针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后排尿障碍有良好的效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy. Methods ： Sixty - four patients were divided into two groups randomly （ the treatment group 34 cases, the control group 30 cases）. The treatment group was treated by routine acupuncture combined with moxibustion. The control group was treated by routine acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was 94.12% ,which was superior to that of the control group （76.67%）. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： There is better effect treated by acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy.
