摘要
结合科技期刊编辑工作的特点及自己成长的体会,总结"边干边学,自我提高"的学习方法。认为:要调整心态,静下心来做编辑;要有针对性地学习与刊物相关的专业知识以及法律法规;在工作中学习,培养文稿编辑加工的能力。
Combining the professional characteristics of sci-tech journal editors and their growth experience, this paper discusses the way to self-enhance the new editors of sci-tech journals. Firstly, we should be targeted at learning professional knowledge, laws and regulations related to publication, and at the same time adjust mental attitude to do editing work. Then, we should learn in the course of working, and acquire the ability of article editing and processing.
