摘要
本文利用X射线衍射、电子扫描电镜、红外光谱等技术,对使用后隔板上生成的白色物质进行了充分表征,证明此白色物质为PbSO4晶体。利用交流阻抗技术对使用前后的隔板进行了比较,发现使用后隔板的不同部位阻抗值不同。结合表征结果,认为坚硬的PbSO4晶体在特定机械碰撞情况下可刺破隔板,产生瞬间大电流,在氢气和氧气存在下可引起爆炸等事故的发生。
The white substances anchored on the used PE separator were thoroughly characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR).The results revealed that the white substances were PbSO4 crystals. The separators before and after utilization were featured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), indicating that the values of resistance for various parts of a separator were different from each other. According to above characterization, it is concluded that the hard PbSO4 may puncture the separator, generating large currents. This may lead to explosion in the presence of hydrogen and oxygen gases.
