摘要 受限空间下冷却塔容易产生回流和飘水,回流和飘水对冷却塔的影响尚待进一步探索。以机械通风横流冷却塔为研究对象,在充分考虑回流的基础上,建立了热力学模型并进行了测实验证。分析了飘水对模拟计算精度影响和不同条件下回流对冷却塔的影响。结果表明,不考虑飘水造成进风温度的相对误差最大达到14.4%,而相对湿度更是达到26%;回流影响冷却塔的冷却能力,且回流率越高,对冷却能力影响越大。当回流率增加到50%,换热量减少40.68%。 The influence of recirculated air and floating water on the performance of cooling tower in confined space remains to be further investigated. A thermodynamic model of cross cooling tower was set up and validated by the test with fully consideration of recirculated air. The influence of floating water on the simulation accuracy and recirculated air on the operation of cooling tower were analyzed. The re-sults show that the relative error of inlet air temperature and relative humidity are 14. 4% and 26%, respectively when floating water is not considered. The higher the recirculation ratio is, the greater the impact on cooling capacity of cooling tower becomes. The heat exchange capacity decreases 40. 68% when the recirculation ratio increases 50%.
