牵引变流器用板翅式热管散热器性能实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前国内铁路进入快速发展时期,牵引变流器作为高速机车核心部件之一,对其有效的散热可提高机车运行的安全性,因此研究牵引变流器冷却系统中的散热器很有必要。通过搭建风洞实验台,研究空气进口温度25-45℃、迎面风速5-7 m/s时板翅式热管散热器的换热特性,得到散热器的工作散热量,基板工作温度以及影响换热的主要因素。实验结果表明:正常工作过程中散热器基板的工作温度在70-90℃之间;基板温度升高,换热量也随之增大;散热器换热量受进口空气温度的影响大于受迎面风速的影响。 At present, the railway entered a rapid development period. The traction rectifier as one of the core components of EMU, effec-tive cooling can increase the security of the locomotive, so studying the traction converter cooling system is very meaningful. By building a wind tunnel test bench, experiment studies the heat transfer characteristics of plate-fin heat pipe radiator when air inlet temperature at 25-45 ℃ and air speed at 5-7 m/s, the heat transfer characteristics include heat dissipation, substrate temperature range and main factors affect the heat transfer. The results show that the substrate working temperature of radiator at 70-90 ℃, the heat dissipation increases with the increase of substrate temperature, the effect for heat dissipation by the inlet air temperature is greater than the air speed.
