木粉-HDPE复合材料的单板贴面效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究在单板与木塑复合材料中间添加含有马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)的薄膜,采用热压成型工艺制备单板贴面木塑复合材料,研究不同木粉含量木塑复合材料的贴面效果。结果表明,黏结层中加入MAPE后,单板与木塑复合材料之间的黏结性能明显提高,耐热、耐水性能优良;当木塑复合材料中HDPE含量为30%、黏结层中MAPE含量为HDPE含量的2%时,贴面木塑复合材料的表面胶合强度最大,为1.68 MPa,单板没有出现浸渍剥离现象。 In this article,a layer containing maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE)film was added in the middle of the veneers and wood-plastic composites,and then prepared the veneered wood-plastic Composites by hot-pressing molding process.The effect of wood flour content contained in wood-plastic composite on bonding strength was evaluated.The results showed that,after added MAPE,the adhesion between the veneers and wood-plastic composites was obviously increased,and head-resistance,and hydrolytic resistance was improved.when HDPE content was 30%in the wood-plastic composites and MAPE content in the adhesive layer accounting for 2%based on HDPE in the wood-plastic composites,the surface bonding strength of the composite increased to 1.68 Mpa,and there was no stripping phenomenon after dip stripping test.
