摘要
工作标准、管理标准、技术标准一起构成我国图书馆标准体系。办公室是整个图书馆的中枢部门,其工作好坏直接影响整个图书馆的发展。以华中师范大学图书馆办公室为例,分析了图书馆工作标准的重要性,阐述了如何制定与实施图书馆工作标准。
Our country's library standard system should consist of three parts, i.e. library managerial standard,technical standard and working standard. Office is the central sector of the library, its work quality directly affects the development of the library. Taking the library office of Central China Normal University as an example, this paper analyze the significance of the library's working standard, and expounds how to work out and carry out the library's working standard.
