课程开放:开放大学人才培养模式转型的重要标志

当前,广播电视大学正在向开放大学转型的进程中,进一步推进课程类型和内容、教学手段和方法的开放,整合优质教育资源,促进学习资源的共建共享,是办好开放大学迫切需要解决的问题。以中央广播电视大学于2000-2011年开展的课程开放试点为例,总结其基本经验和困扰的问题,同时通过对21世纪以来席卷全球的大学课程开放现象进行分析,特别是对可能导致高等教育现有人才培养模式发生深刻变革的大规模开放在线课程的典型案例进行比较,从中发现当前全球大学课程开放的趋势与走向,并提出开放大学进一步做好课程开放的对策。
