高楼灭火弹对高层建筑玻璃的侵彻仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为验证弹体能否有效侵彻高层建筑玻璃顺利进入火场,建立了高楼灭火弹侵彻玻璃的有限元模型,基于LSDYNA软件分别实现了在不同工况下弹体对普通双层玻璃和带镀膜的中空玻璃两种高楼建筑玻璃侵彻过程的仿真及弹体强度分析。仿真结果表明:弹体在1 000μs左右完成了对双层玻璃的主要侵彻;弹体在侵彻中空玻璃靶时,速度在前2 000μs有明显下降,之后受镀膜的阻滞作用,速度始终保持着一定的下降量。所设计弹体结构的强度满足要求,能够有效击穿高层建筑专用玻璃。 In order to verify the effectiveness of the projectile penetrating the glass of high buildings into the fire,the extin guishing ammunition's finite element model of projectile penetrating the glass was established,the penetration simulation and strength analysis for the two kinds of high-building glasses,normal double glazing and insulated glass with coated film,were realized based on the LS-DYNA software.The simulation results showed that:the ammunition could penetrate the normal double glazing within 1 000 μs; the velocity of ammunition decreased obviously within 2 000 μs during the penetrating of insulated glass,and decreased persistently because of the retarda tion of coating film.The ammunition's structure's strength could meet the requirements,and it could penetrate the high-rise buildings' special glass effectively.
