Forming Process and Die Design of the Fin With Plane Top

针对目前本厂在平顶水波翅片的成形过程中出现的平整度超差及圆角部位凸起现象,分析其成形工艺过程,提出在模具设计中采用弹性卸料或压料装置,在成形过程中施加外力改善在圆角部位材料流动状况,使成形的翅片平整度得到改善。

With the roughness and convex at fillet of fin with plane top,analyse the forming process, improve the material flow of the fillet part wih elastic press attachment. Because of this, the formed fin is much planer than before.
