摘要
车灯面罩是汽车的重要零件之一,传统的模具设计在注射过程中容易出现保压时间过长、压力损失大、短射、填充停滞等问题。为了解决此问题,从模具设计角度,提出改变浇口位置和数量的新方案,通过有限元分析软件MoldFlow对其进行仿真与对比,得到了不同的填充时间、熔接线、前沿温度等结果。通过分析得出结论,提出的新方案更有利于此壁厚不均的车灯面罩注射成型。
Automobile lamp lens is one of the important parts of cars, according to the traditional project, in the process of injection it tends to problems, such as the long pressure-holding time, large pressure loss, filling stagnation and so on. From the perspective of mold design ,through the finite element analysis software named MoldFlow, simulations and comparisons on them are carried out. The different schemes of filling report and contour, weld line,temperature reports and so on are results. After analysis, it is proved that the new project is more beneficial for the auto lamp lens which has not uniform wall thickness.
