摘要
为了准确检测出带材的位置变量,设计一种基于光电传感器的带材跑偏检测系统.利用光电传感器测量被测带材的位置并以电压信号形式输出,然后送入带通滤波器电路、解调电路,最后由鉴别电路判断其输出情况.在带材位置无偏差时,系统不启动报警电路,在带材位置有偏差时,启动报警电路通知异常.本系统具有很强的通用性和实用性,可应用于印染、送纸、磁带、胶片等生产过程.
A kind of material deviation detection system is designed to measure strip location. The strip location variable is measured by using photoelectric sensor, and is turned into a voltage signal output, and then passes through the band-pass filter amplifier, demodulation circuit, judgment circuit. In normal circumstances the system does not start working alarm circuits, and it will activate the alarm circuit if error exists for the strip location. The system is practical since it can be used in the productive process of dyeing, paper, film and tape.
