多元文化护理理论对心肌梗死患者健康教育效果的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨多元化健康教育方式对急性心肌梗死患者康复效果的影响.方法 选取本院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的84例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例.两组患者入院90 min内行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI).对照组患者术后行常规性健康教育,观察组术后行多元化健康教育,对比分析两组患者干预前后生活方式及生存质量的改变情况.结果 观察组干预后健康责任(20.85±2.45)分比(16.32±3.02)分、营养饮食(26.85±3.47)分比(23.86±2.48)分、压力管理(24.98±2.32)分比(21.86±2.68)分、人际支持(23.45±2.45)分比(17.24±2.86)分、运动锻炼(25.98±2.45)分比(23.45±2.89)分、自我实现(26.12±2.45)分比(23.85±3.15)分、总均分(148.25±7.12)比(124.21±10.56),均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组干预后心绞痛稳定状态(79.12±3.75)分比(74.25±4.23)分、躯体活动受限程度(76.71±9.25)分比(62.38±10.42)分、心绞痛疼痛程度(83.14±8.45)分比(75.32±6.11)分、疾病认知程度(78.21±5.42)分比(70.25±6.03)分、治疗满意度(82.36±5.23)分比(71.98±6.02)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 多元化健康教育方式可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者出院后的生活方式,提高患者生存质量. Objective To investigate the effects of diversification effect of health education on rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 84 cases of acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) from January 2013 to January 2014. The control group were underwent routine sexual health education. The observation group were diversified line of health education. Two groups of patients were treatmented with primary percutaneous coronary intervention experts (PCI). The control group were underwent in routine postoperative sexual health education. The observation group were underwent in diversified health education. The lifestyle and quality of life changed circumstances of two groups were compared. Results The intervention group health responsibility (20.85±2.45) vs (16.32±3.02), nutritional diet (26.85:t:3.47) vs (23.86±2.48), stress management(24.98±2.32) vs (21.86±2.68), interpersonal support(23.45± 2.45 ) vs (17.24±2.86), exercise(25.98±2.45 ) vs (23.45±2.89), self-realization(26.12±2.45 ) vs (23.85±3.15), total average ( 148.25±7.12 ) vs ( 124.21± 10.56 ) of observation group were higher than eontrol group (P〈0.05). The Steady state intervention angina(79.12±3.75) vs (74.25±4.23), the degree of physical activity limitation(76.71± 9.25) vs (62.38±10.42), angina pain (83.14±8.45) vs (75.32±6.11), disease awareness (78.21±5.42) vs (70.25±6.03), treatment satisfaetion (82.36±5.23) vs (71.98±6.02) of observation group were higher than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The diversified health education can effectively improve the lifestyle of patients discharged after acute myocardial infarction, and to improve the quality of life of patients.
