Party member development work for college students is closely related to the significant mission of training politically-qualified builders and successors with firm faith for the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on an introduction of its realistic meaning,this article analyzes the dilemma confronting it as well as puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
